Advancement Coordinator
Mark Vakkur Responsible for badges and paperwork needed by Scouts advancing through ranks and having earned merit badges. Reporting to TAC and keeping Troopmaster updated.
Outdoor Coordinator and Assistant Scoutmaster
Barry Cook "Organizes events, deals with the bookings, telephone and paper work.
Works with the Scoutmaster and helps with the general running of the Troop."

Committee Secretary and La Chat Coordinator
Jo Fox Organizes the rooms and looks after our relationship with La Chat and takes / distributes committee meeting minutes.
Treasurer
Sara Vermeulen Keeps out finances up to date, all payments made for supplies, outings etc. Provides payment information.
Registration / TAC Coordinator
Sam Karunjeewa Looks after registration and the paper work for TAC. Handles Medical Forms.
Troopmaster Administrator
Colin Forsyth Administers the troop’s database
